What’s Included in Our Tune-Up?

We don’t just glance at it. We perform a comprehensive inspection and adjustment.

Tighten & Secure
Tighten all hinges, roller brackets, and bolts (vibration loosens these over time). Secure the track to the wall and flag brackets. Check and tighten the chain or belt tension on the opener.
Lube & Smooth
Lubricate all torsion springs to reduce friction and rust. Lubricate steel rollers and bearings. Note: We never grease the tracks (this actually attracts dirt and gums up the works)!
Balance & Safety
Test the door’s balance (does it stay put when lifted halfway?). Test the auto-reverse safety sensors. Test the force settings on the opener motor. Inspect cables for fraying or rust.
